  Registration — Electives              

 

To register for any of our courses, complete the following form. Information in bold is required. Click on the "Register" button at the bottom and you will be registered electronically. You will be redirected to a page where you can pay your registration fee through PayPal.

 

If you do not plan to pay online, or if you would rather enroll by snail-mail,  do so by clicking here for the pdf document form,. Print out the form and fill in the requested information. Then, simply follow the directions and mail your registration and payment together.

 

Note: Before registering, be sure to check the Schedule of Classes to know which electives are being offered at this time.
