Courses Of Study
We currently offer two main courses of study; one for personal enrichment, the other for pursuing an overall deeper theological understanding of the Christian faith. We also offer a series of electives that take students even deeper.
Personal Enrichment — The Truth Project®

The Truth Project is a DVD-based small group curriculum from Focus on the Family comprised of 13 one-hour lessons taught by Dr. Del Tackett. This group study is the starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses the Christian worldview in comprehensive detail, as well as the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.
Deeper Study — The Theology Program™

The Theology Program is a six-course systematic theological methods course for everyone, no matter what their level of faith-maturity. Each course is 10 weeks long and puts seminary-level material into bite-sized, easily digested pieces. If you have ever wanted to explore the essential Biblical teachings of Christianity, how the Church has developed through history, and what that means for our world today, then this program is for you. Each course registration includes an extensive student workbook.
Even Deeper Study — The Electives™

The Electives is a series of courses that are designed to provide a more in-depth and enhanced level of study of different areas of theology. The goal is to better equip students to build a deeper understanding of and ability in these chosen areas and to speak more clearly and more intelligently on a broader variety of theological issues. Courses are eight to ten weeks in duration, depending on the subject. These courses vary by term; see the Schedule for which elective course is currently being offered.
If you have ever asked these questions:
· What is truth?
· What is the meaning of my existence?
· All religions lead to God, don't they?
· Where does evil come from?
· How do we fit modern science in with the creation account in the Bible?
· How do we know what books belong in the Bible?
· What about all of the errors in the Bible?
· So many churches—why all the differences?
· Why does everyone seem to interpret the Bible differently?
· The doctrine of the Trinity—can someone please explain this to me?
· Why should I study theology?
· So many versions of the Bible...which one do I use?
· What about those who have never heard about Christ? Can they still make it to heaven?
· Why does God allow bad things to happen?
· What is the difference between Protestants and Roman Catholics?
· Can we be sure that Christ rose from the grave?
...then these programs are for you!
"May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who loved us and by His grace gave us eternal comfort and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good work and word."
